When I am not thinking about tax, I can sometimes be found in my wife’s kitchen roasting coffee. By combining age-old physical principles and thoughtfully-designed computer software, I aspire to produce the perfect cup of coffee.
URGENT UPDATE – NEW MASK POLICY: After careful thought and much reflection I have decided on a new mask policy for my office. I encourage all clients to meet with me. However, in the current circumstances this policy will be in effect from Monday July 6th until further notice.
All clients must wear a face covering, covering nose and mouth, whilst in my office. If you are unable to wear a face covering, or choose not to do so, I will, whilst observing physical distancing, hand over tax returns and other papers to you and arrange a telephone conference, if you wish.
I work from a Regus office center. The center has rules on face coverings. Details are posted conspicuously in the center but, in brief, they closely follow current North Carolina mandates. The elevator is currently single occupancy only.
I have decided on this policy because my wife is a Registered Nurse. She helps sick people get well and I want to protect her so that she can continue to do that.
In-person appointments are available at 9:00, 9:45, 10:30, 2:00, 2:45, 3:30 and 4:15 Monday to Friday. This allows thirty minutes per appointment and a little time to sanitize between appointments. One evening appointment (after 5:00) is available each weekday. For clients who utilize Sharefile, I am happy to arrange telephone conferences, once the return has been uploaded to Sharefile.
Clients who have not yet scheduled appointments may drop off tax return information from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I encourage clients to utilize my secure portal as much as possible. Telephone me if you would like to set up an account.
